Reading:  good for the soul, healthy for the brain!

One of my favorite activities is reading, especially self development.  Part of the fitness challenge created by Andy Frisella of 1st Phorm is the 75 Hard, which includes reading 10 pages a day (does not include audio books).  

In this collection, I am including books that I have already read and can discuss with you.  I believe in self development, constant reading, constant improvement.  There is always something new to learn.

I encourage you to join us in reading 10 pages a day and always message me on social media to discuss what you are reading and what you have learned from it.  I do listen to many audio books on my drives to matches but there is nothing better than a feel of a good book.
